Topical GLYC-101 in a Porcine Laser Ablation Model
Goettingen Minipigs were treated with carbon dioxide laser ablation (day 1) as a burn wound model consistent in methodology with laser ablation for dermatological applications (wrinkle removal, tattoo removal). GLYC-101 gel (0.1%), placebo, and petroleum jelly was applied to respective skin areas post laser application once daily for 5 consecutive days. Skin biopsies were taken on day 5.
